This situation riled up multiple complaints to which Zach simply responded “thank you for your feedback, have a nice week” and at the time of me posting this review, still believes that the 1 hour notice was sufficient. Multiple residents had issues with their pets, their children and personally by not being prepared for false alarms. Just for an example: We had fire safety inspections a few weeks ago for every building, however Zach felt that only a 1hour notice via e-mail was sufficient warning for fire alarms to go off in an entire building for hours. Zach regularly patronizes, deflects, and flips blame towards his residents and any complaint that he can't deflect is responded with “thank you for your feedback”. Every interaction or issue on the property f elt like I was dealing with someone straight out of college with zero experience in management or customer service. Unfortunately halfway through my lease, new management moved in and I can't help but to feel like the original staff was setting up the boss's cousin for an easy job that they couldn't screw up. When I first moved in there was different management staff and everything ran smoothly, every issue I had was taken care of, amazing customer service, friendly, and attentive. Great place to live with exception to one thing: The property manager, Zach Elder. Overall, it is nice apartments but expensive and if you have problems that require managers to solve them, they will most likely not be solved. Their leasing staff (Jonathan) has always been polite, and it is a nice location so it is a shame that we had to move. The mix of the price raise and the problems we experienced, led to us moving. Which also doesn't include trash, electric, internet, etc. After months of these problems continuing, we were sent a notice that rent would be raised over $200 a month. The fire alarms get set off due to people smoking in the hallways. The horrible freeze caused the elevator to be down multiple times. There is never anywhere to park, and multiple people complained about cars getting broken into. After months of the dog whining, and the neighbors in general being loud, he told us that he wasn't sure what else he could do. When we reported this to the manager, Zach, he said he would talk to them about it. Our upstairs neighbors had multiple dogs that constantly whined. I moved in around November last year when rent was cheaper than it is currently.
